Treatment application areas
The advanced and therefore particularly skin-friendly ITPL technology provides energy packages – so-called trains of micro-pulses – which are fed to the treatment area using a water-cooled handpiece. Each "shot" consists of several definable micro-pulses that are automatically placed in a row like the wagons of a train. The number, length and interval between the successive micro-pulses can be set individually. You can therefore achieve excellent efficiency with maximum skin protection in combination with the outstanding performance of the cymedics ITPL.
Cymedics ITPL is based on selective photothermolysis; its preprogrammed settings for energy and the treatment duration make it very easy and safe: you only need to select the skin type as well as the hair or vessel type depending on the treatment. The programme automatically sets the energy and treatment duration. Experienced therapists can also alter the settings individually via a touch screen.
Three handpieces seamlessly cover the entire indication range. Their precision-cut Schott glass filters remove all wavelengths above 950 nm ensuring that unnecessary wavelengths do not ever leave the device: They only apply wavelengths that actually have the desired effect! In addition, the usual "obligatory breaks" during the treatment are a thing of the past because all handpieces have a patented water cooling system.
